We deliver our Products to all Emirates in the UAE through our professional in-house logistics team.
Delivery Charges:
- Free delivery for orders above AED80
- AED15 delivery charge applies for orders below AED80
Delivery locations and schedule:
- Dubai, Sharjah & other Emirates – Within 24 to 48hrs
Delivery days / timings
- (Inclusive of Fridays)
- From 12pm to 8pm
Delivery cut off time
- Same day delivery for orders placed before 10:00 AM
- Next day delivery for orders placed 10:01 AM onwards for items available on stock
Delivery exclusions
- Not applicable
- We deliver frozen or live pet food items through are temperature-controlled delivery vehicles
